The most valuable projects aren't found in obvious places. After two decades in the industry, I’ve learned they're built by people who can read complexity, navigate barriers, and move forward with clarity when others hesitate. That's how I'm wired.

I'm both creative and deeply strategic — able to see the big picture and work through the details that make it real. I've structured projects from the ground up — building the right capital stack, aligning partners, and navigating the friction that's inevitable in any deal worth doing. The result isn't just a project that gets built — it's one that performs.

As a woman-owned firm, I bring a distinct lens to how opportunities are evaluated and structured — shaping how I assess risk, build relationships, and access capital. When deals stall, or uncertainty rises, I create clarity and operate with calm. For equity partners and co-development partners, that's not a soft skill — it's a structural advantage. 

I advocate for what's needed — thoughtfully, strategically, and without apology. I don't force outcomes, but I don't walk away from them either. Development is rarely linear, and that's where I do my best work.
